"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. "The hotel was a bit difficult to find for out cab driver, but only 10 euros for the drive. The place he let us off was downhill from the hotel, so a bit of a steep climb up. Have your driver drop you above the hotel on Blvd Eugène Le Roy at Côte de Toulouse. About 5 min walk downhill from there, but on cobblestones. Great location near many restaurants, the restaurant next door had beautiful live jazz. Sarlat is an incredible walking city. Great petite déjeuner at the hotel. Really nice staff and very clean property."
