"This is the nicest hotel room I've stayed in. It was on the 6th floor, Excellence room with 2 queen beds. 5th and 6th floors required to tap keycard for access. With modern furniture, the room was layed out exactly how a hotel room should be. Nightstands on both sides, soft lighting to not disturb other sleepers, nightlite in bathroom, very quiet bathroom fan, heat/cooling system near foot of bed and walkway - not blowing in your face. Spacious bathroom with plenty of space for toiletries for 4 adults. Lots of storage space and a safe. Well thought out!!! Beds and pillows were comfy...I slept undisturbed the entire night! Our room faced the new construction, but didn't hear it at all. Only strange thing was location of toilet paper that was mounted in the vanity cavity and tricky to use. We were there only 1 night and didn't get a chance to use the pool, arcade or spa: book spa in advance, although the sauna and hot/cold baths were available. Breakfast was good and not busy on a Monday in August. The mimosa at breakfast was a nice treat ;) Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We'll be back!"

"Lovely clean room. A couple of flooring strips near desk needed gluing down. An ice machine would have been nice. Receptionist very nice but I did have a hard time understanding her."

"Victoria Hotel was super cozy! I would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travelers. I felt very safe during my stay, even though the bathrooms are shared. The entire building was extremely clean, including the shared bathrooms, kitchen, and my room. Parking is available, although there aren’t many spots. However, since the property isn’t very large, I had no trouble finding a spot. One thing to note is that the hotel may not be very accessible for people using wheelchairs, as I didn’t see any elevators during my stay. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! 😊"
