「Brilliant and great location!」

「Sehr schön gelegen in ruhiger Umgebung. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der eigene Parkplatz innerhalb der Hotelanlage ist Videoüberwacht. Das Abendessen im Restaurant M (im Hotel) war eher teuer, aber absolut den Preis wert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, da im Schloss bereits alles ausgebucht war. Gutes Zimmer mit modernem (neuwertigen) Bad und Klima. Absolut empfehlenswert.」

「Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. Nice afternoon tea/cakes at an extra cost (~12 euros pp). Views from the rooms and the dining area were unbelievable. Had everything you could want I think. I thought the dinner was nice. 「The hotel is near airport. You can take No.10 bus from airport to Pailly station, it just takes 10 mins to the hotel. Also, easy to go to down town. Take the same bus to the down town only take 15mins. For the room, it is large enough to open your baggage and very clean. The toilet and bathroom are separated which is very nice. And the sink is outside the toilet. For the staff, they are kind and helpful. So I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit ...

「It’s just a good place to stay at with a private car. 16 min walk from the nearest bus stop and the bus just is going to the airport direction. It just comes one every 20 min. I was waiting for that in an open area when it’s rainning.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」
