"We are seasoned travelers that have been to over 100 countries and prefer upscale hotels. The Park Hyatt didn't meet our expectations. The rooms are outdated, the food is mediocre and the restaurant's service is pretty bad. The lobby, the pools and the grounds are pretty and well maintain but that is all."

"Wow, what an incredible stay! That hotel just had such a wonderful, classic vibe that made you feel completely at home and so welcome from the moment you walked in. Honestly, the whole team there was absolutely fantastic – they couldn't have been more helpful or gone more out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. And let me tell you about the food... every single meal was a culinary dream, truly beyond delicious!"

Unfortunately only 1 expensive restaurant was open, but our room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and the front staff was some of the best we have come in contact with. "We had a great view and spacious room in the 2 bedroom. However we did not realize that this was more of an apartment than a hotel, so available services were minimal. The restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and we arrived on a Monday - so no coffee to speak of in room. The restaurant was kind enough to give us enough to make a pot the next morning. We did not use the pools, but they look very different (gray not blue) than the pictures. All in all, would be a good place for a family to stay for a week at the beach (bring groceries), less so for a couple looking for a romantic hotel."
