「Check-in was easy. Got to the room and couldn’t find the tv remote. Tried the room phone to call the front desk and phone was dead. Called on cellphone, and remote brought to the room in about 5 or so minutes. Maintenance was alerted to the room phone issue.」

「We enjoyed our stay. We were convenient to shopping centers. The movie theater was behind the hotel. The staff was friendly, when we first arrived we received the wrong room. We were given the correct room without any problems. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.」

「It was a rough start because I arrived very late in the evening. But, after a few phone calls a lovely attendant helped me check in. I extended my stay through hotels.com because they did not have my specific room available. The staff was so very nice and accommodating. This was my first time at an Extended Stay, it's not your average hotel. But, that's not necessarily a bad thing.」
