「Très bien en général」

「The room was very broken and in need of many repairs. The beds were awful , you sink into the well worn mattresses. The TV was mounted very awkwardly. This hotel was very run down , not worth the money to stay there.」

「Room was clean but tired. They desperately need an upgrade especially for rates being charged. Good proximity to restaurants, etc. Staff very helpful and friendly!」

「Hotel le Dauphin seems to have been recently renovated with clean hard floors (not carpeted). It provides Tesla overnight charging station free of charge. Though the room is not spacious, it comes with sizable refrigerator and Apple monitor. The only drawback is that it is quite a distance from Montreal. Overall, it is a nice hotel for the price.」

「As always we were greeted warmly by the staff and were shown the easiest way to park with access to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. My wife has back problems and when asked they provided a small step so that she was able to get i to the bed.」

「The room was fairly large, much bigger than a regular hotel room. The balcony was quite nice as well. Bed area was separated by a partial wall, with a small table and chairs plus 2 armchairs in the segregated area. The 2 Sams that looked after us at the restaurant were fantastic. Check in was a bit chaotic as there was a function that night and the reception area was used for part of their function. Hard to get through the crowd to the elevator. Overall, good experience. Would go back.」

「L’hôtel décrit la présence de bornes électriques mais elles ne sont pas fonctionnelles. Décevant lorsque que c’est un de vos critères lors de votre choix. Une odeur d’humidité intense vous assailli lorsque vous pénétrez dans la chambre. Lit comfortable et chambre de bonne grandeur.」

「We had a great stay at the motel. Appreciated it being pet friendly. Very convenient to everything we needed and clean. Everyone was very welcoming. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.」

「This place was horrible! Our travel mates door keys did not work at all on either of their doors even after many attempts to reset them. Manager got us all into our rooms with his master. We left our room after unloading all our stuff and then we were locked out of our room. It took over 2 hours to get back in. Manager was no help at all. Locks failed even after a battery change. The rooms were dirty, the water smelled horrific and one bed was completely broken. As soon as we were able to...

「Worst motel I’ve ever been in. Incredibly dirty. Pillows, sheets, towels with stain on it, hair on the sheets, in the sink, in the shower. The shower has more black mold than ceramic tile. Dust everywhere spiderwebs everywhere. Mold scent in the room. It was a really bad experience I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.」
