「Perfectly located. Attractive property and very good staff. No meals except (very good) breakfast but cold platters available, lunch or dinner, by arrangement. Aircon system not really up to the job of 38' but when ours failed, our room was changed immediately. Very nice, quite large salt water swimming pool. A handrail to get into the pool would be a great addition; people with difficult knees (me) or hips may not be able to get in or out without help.」

「This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... 「The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The food in the bar was basic and the flies present in the lobby made for an uncomfortable eating experience. Overall would give it 8/10」

「My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back. 」
