Everything you need is here

Lovely hotel.. quiet with all the necessary amenities. We particularly loved the restaurant.. the food was tasty and the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again

Quality and Convenience

A very good quality mid-range hotel. Sservice was very good, staff helpful. Location just off autoroute; convenient to access the nearby wine regions. Breakfast was good, for a reasonable fee. A good option in this area.

15 minutes from motorway interchange the Hotel first impressions were good. Car park easily accessible although opportunity to secure the area overnight is missed as the gates are automatic. Allocated ground floor room, perfectly adequate and represented good value for money. Cleanliness was average with the spare toilet roll brown from so much dust. A little more attention to detail without costing any money required

Good management saved the vacation

We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and they apologized, helped arrange another hotel for one night, then worked with Victoria to get us back there to Orange Sud for the next 5 days. When we returned, the manager Aida was super helpful in taking care of us for the rest of our stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. The breakfast offered a very good selection and was of very good quality. The pool was nice at the end of a hot day. Again, Aida and Victoria were topnotch and took very good care of us; if it wasn't for the two of them our vacation would have been ruined. I would return here given the overall positive experience with them. The other woman on duty the first night, was not so nice and her lack of customer care kept me from giving this a higher score.

Great wee hotel, but have to say, stayed here for 3 days & 3 nights & not once did the maid come till our room till change beds, leave clean towels or bring toilet pape.

The Hotel did. not have my reservation due to a fault with expedia. They did their best, but i hat to sleep on a Sofa in the foyer until at seven in the Morning a room was abailanlr. Ibis did Not charge the room or the nreakkfsst. Ahmadi on you!

The room was so small we couldn’t turn around in it. The beds were too small. The mattresses were so cheap and light they they would slip off the bed. We reserved for 2 nights, but we could only stand one.

Günstiges Hotel mit Schimmel im Bad. Die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen. Ich erwarte nicht viel bei einem günstigen Hotel aber Schimmel muss nicht sein. An der Decke, in den Fugen der Dusche. Die Umgebung ist ein Industriegebiet mit Einkaufszentrum.

La piscine et l’emplacement sa

Ibis disposant d’un grand parking et d’une piscine. Néanmoins celle ci n’est ouverte qu’à partir de 10h jusqu’à 21h. La salle de sport est minuscule, très peu de matériel et il n’y a pas même pas de tapis Manque de prises électriques dans la chambre: il y en a une à côté du bureau. Loin du lit donc, et aucune dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner de faible qualité.
