"Failry simple from the outside but bedrooms were large and very nice. There's not a lot to do in Jeffrey's Bay if you're not a surfer but it was fine for one night. The staff kindly sent my husband's phone to our next destination when he left it behind in our room. "

Attention to detail was not spared - from little touches of water and a good night chocolate on our bedside tables, to filter coffee (not just sachets) provided, beach towels available and lots of vanity touches. "Breakfast and service was good. However, I was double-charged since Expedia charged my card for all 3 rooms, and then Gina at reception said that only 1 room was paid for. So, we had to pay for the remaining 2 rooms all over again!!! Their credit card machine wasn't working. Therefore, had to pay in cash."
