「I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!」

「Le cartier entourant les lofts est peu attrayant dû au local de soupe populaire juste devant la porte principale du loft, l’odeur de marijua était très présente dans l’entrée principale, toutefois le condo était bien et le service efficace. Merci 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. 「Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly. 」

「Great location as it's close to Old Quebec and easy to get to. The accommodations were comfortable and communications with the hosts was speedy. Having on site parking was a plus, just note that the space is tight, I had a honda civic but my passenger still had to get out of the car before I could park so that I would have room to get out. 」
