「Nous avons réservé la suite (duplex) et à notre arrivée j’ai été déçue du fait qu’il y avait de la moquette dans la chambre à l’étage. Je ne l’avais pas vu sur les photos. Pour moi, la moquette est un vrai red flag ! C’est pas du tout hygiénique ! D’autant plus les hôtels qui acceptent les animaux. 「The balcony really made the room. But it was clean and tidy and comfortable. Bathroom was fine with a good shower. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and really great. I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room but it wasn't difficult to get a coffee from the ground floor reception area. All in all a good experience.」

「The 'amenities' quoted (spa, fitness centre, etc) were in a separate building across the road and were not included in the price we paid. We understood that off road parking would be available on site. We were told on arrival that this was not available and we would have to park in the street, which had paid parking spaces in front of the hotel and free spaces two blocks up the road. We had to move our car before 9 am to avoid a penalty. We expected a hotel of this quality to have a lounge/bar...
