「Nice room , very tidy and clean 」

「The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property.」

「We were four adults sharing one room, and unfortunately, the space didn't match what was shown on the website. The room felt cramped, with the beds taking up nearly all available floor space. The beds themselves were decent, but the overall comfort was compromised by the tight layout. The shower pressure was weaker than expected, which made for less-than-ideal rinses. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

「Lovely hotel. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful, paticularly the receptionist. We would have liked a Fridge and a Safe but these aspects did not detract much from our satisfaction. Five minute walk to the town centre, Would be our hotel of choice in Norwich.」

「I cannot leave more than 2 stars because there is no on-site coin laundry machine, and none in walking distance. Staff was excellent; my room didn't have a mini-fridge, but they were willing to let me put food into their private one in staff break room. Room #16 had no WIFI signal reception (The closest AP is about 60m away). Long term luggage storage service available on site via Stasher」
