"The staff are relaxed yet very informed. They guided us to several wonderful, memorable spots. The service at the restaurants onsite was excellent, Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The property is lovely. At the time of our visit the pool was under full construction however I believe this will be resolved soon, it may be worth checking if this is a feature you “must have”. The rooms and property are kept pristine and the morning walk through the vineyard was lovely. The property is situated in a quiet area and within 20-25minutes to places like Bodega Bay/Goat Rock Beach/ Armstrong National Park and of course lots of lovely vineyards in the surrounding area. "

"We spent five nights in the Calistoga Inn Restaurant and Brewery cottage for our honeymoon. The staff was amazing! We were surprised by how quiet it was. There was live music on the patio and we couldn’t hear it from where our cottage was located. There was some street noise, but you get that anyplace you stay. We had our own private courtyard that was well shaded and had two lounge chairs and a small table. Calistoga Inn Restaurant and Brewery is so conveniently located. We walked every morning to get coffee and breakfast at a wonderful coffee shop, walked to most of the restaurants and wineries that we went to in town, but very drivable to those that are out of the city limits. Upon checkout we asked to see the rooms upstairs and they were very accommodating. The rooms were nice and I don’t think it would be uncomfortable sharing the bathrooms. The only change I would make to our stay is that it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in our room as anything we brought back to the room had to be eaten or thrown away. Would definitely recommend! "

"There are not enough words to describe our wonderful stay at Potter house. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was just spectacular. Gregg and Lynn are amazing hosts that truly welcome their guests and make them feel like family. They put so much care and thought to their guests comforts and needs you don't even feel like you aren't home. Not to mention Lynn's amazing breakfasts with her wonderful menu cards. They set the bar high and now any B&B we stay in will be compared to Potter house. Can't wait to stop in again"
