「The rooms are all very good. However, breakfast is charged separately and is of very poor quality, not matching the price they ask for. 」

「What a lovely place, I love the decor, the creek behind the property, it was quiet and cozy.」

「The hotel is very nice although the location is bit inconvenience. The staffs are friendly. We will definitely come back.」

「The location was perfect for access to St Helena's attractions. The room was too dark. The temperature controll was dated and confusing. The date and time on the TV was not linked to reality. that would have been helpful. How hard could it be to set that?」

「nice place, would like to stay again」

「I was hesitant because of the location and could see building is circa 1970. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! Inside was completely remodeled with modern and appreciated updates. Super clean. Super helpful team and super nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommended」

「The room is very clean and provide room service for breakfast.」

「The hotel is really nice but note that while they say they have 20 boutique rooms, they actually sell an additional 4 rooms which are basically apartments with far less nice furnishings and finishes. There are no photos of these rooms on their site or here on Expedia, so it feels shady that they sell them under the radar. They originally put me in one of these rooms, and they are absolutely not worth the $800/night I spent. They moved me, but beware- they still sell these rooms, do not advertise...
