This property is aged. We arrived and were told our reservation had been cancelled. By phone call, with no notes as to the reason. It took a manager to reinstate the reservation, which I paid for months in advance and had not cancelled. Check-in took much longer than anticipated due to the error. The bed was not very comfortable (think old, squeaky springs). The first morning, shower water would not get any warmer than barely lukewarm (just slightly warmer than a cold plunge). The second morning there was hot water. The room thermostat was on a motion sensor (I guess). So it was uncomfortably warm when we returned from our day's activities and also felt like it got too warm overnight. The toilet seat would not stay in an upright position, so every time my partner tried to lift it, it banged back down (super loud in the middle of the night). One of the elevators got stuck on the second floor, so we had to get off and had to take the stairs down. We were on the 4th floor and the hallways did not seem to be air conditioned at all. It was hot inside. This was really disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel. I would not stay here again.
