The property is really dirty. I got in time for the check in and the room wasn’t available. I had to wait for more than an hour.

I had just stayed at the Best Western Plus in Calistoga and compared to that property, I wouldn't call this location a "plus".

My main issue was with staff. They require a $200 deposit for a one night stay. I was paying cash s and after paying for the room cost and $200 deposit, I had to fight to get a receipt. I asked for mgr and had to raise my voice with her too, just to get a receipt for cash paid. There was a lot more but I would never ever stay there again.

Took good care of us
Overall, very happy. The first room wasn't two queens like we reserved but they changed rooms right away. The second room had a water leak because it has been raining like crazy. Again, they changed us right away and we understand so we are just happy they had an extra room and changed us quickly. Staff is always great. We loved the big bed

When I checked in the deposit was $200 a night instead of $100 because they upgrade the room- when we walked in the room there was a dead roach and the lights were very dim. They charged my card 3 time for one night! The manager was new and didn’t know what he was doing.

There was a lot of homeless people. I was often worried my car would be broken into or scared to walk to my car at night. Room service has to be requested or they won’t come.

Emma was very kind. This is my 2nd night here. I was put in a different wing of the building and it was, much to my dismay, very noisy. Yesterday, i could not hear traffic or surrounding neighbors, but tonight was very noisy. I had a very hard time falling asleep & I really needed the sleep
