「We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. 」

「The property and spa were amazing. The views from the property were gorgeous. Train station was walkable and a short ride to Venice. The town was well kept with tons of shopping and eatery options. I would say this is a slept on destination and more people should visit!」

「A little bit outdated hotel but it did have all we needed, secluded areas,very quiet and you can actually use all facilities at the other 2 hotel buildings, we only had breakfast included wich could be little better but overall we where really happy for what we paid for that hotel in July speciall thanks to the receptionist at night ,they were very nice and helpful」

「This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Donatello. Right away when entering we found friendly helpful staff. Upon entering our room it was apparent it was clean. The location is perfectly located, easy to get anywhere!! Breakfast was delicious always fresh and again staff were always very friendly and polite!」

「The staff barely spoke English and weren’t helpful at all. Check in and check out a total disaster. I was told I had to wait until 8:00 to do my check out . Toilets leak and a/c barely works. The pool area is nice, but the hotel is very poorly maintained. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were inedible.」
