Very nice

Cute hotel in the heart of Saarlouis. We got a free upgrade to a very nice and specious room. Beds are super comfortable, quiet. Will use this hotel again!

The hotel is in an excellent position within the town. The staff were very pleasant. The only downside was that the radiators in the bedroom and bathroom both needed bleeding but by the time we discovered this the reception was closed (18.00). The bed was a little hard for our liking.

Stop over in Saar Louis

We needed a place to stay on our way to the mountains. Nice rooms. Good location in the city Centre with parking nearby. Excellent friendly service and a nice breakfast.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das ganze Haus und die Zimmer sauber. Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein, aber es ist ausreichend. Manche Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man sich wünscht und wurde bei Bedarf sofort aufgefüllt. Es war mein zweiter Besuch im Hotel und bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Saarlouis werde ich es wieder buchen.

Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sind klein und da sie ohne Klimaanlage sind, sehr warm und stickig. Rezeption war bei Ankunft etwas überfordert und langsam. Frühstück war überschaubar aber Unordnung.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, sehr hellhörig, extrem warm und die Betten waren unbequem. Ich konnte die erste Nacht überhaupt nicht schlafen und danach nur erschwert durch Ohropaxs. Die Mitarbeiter waren dennoch freundlich und bemüht. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, habe in Saarlouis bereits in deutlich bessere Unterkünfte genächtigt, die in der gleichen Preisklasse lagen.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen und sauber. Jedoch waren die Betten des Zweibettzimmers hintereinander gestellt und von unterschiedlicher Größe (für Erwachsenen mit Kind geeignet). Trotz Nachfrage konnte uns kein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen werden (mit Auskunft: "Expedia"). Das Zimmer war zum Eingangsbereich gelegen, daher war es bis in die Morgenstunden laut. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Mitteilung: Rufen Sie doch die Polizei. Daher nur bedingt empfehlenswert.
