Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer neu, modern und zweckmäßig. Uns haben Ablageflächen für Kleidung gefehlt. Es war sauber, aber hätte noch ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Hier und da lagen noch Flusen und Dreck auf dem Boden, kleinere Kalkflecken am Spiegel. Frühstück ausreichend. Top Lage in der Innenstadt.

Tolle Lage gerade am HBF und gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, sehr tolles und sauberes Zimmer. Fenster kann nur gekippt werden, das ist schade, selbst im Erdgeschoss. Zu empfehlen!

Points positifs: Hôtel moderne et chambre très propre avec un lit très confortable. Points négatifs (qui me pousse à ne pas revenir): 1. Accueil froid sans sourire ni un bienvenue, comme si c'était un faveur de m'offrir une chambre (l'employé s'appelle Ali). 2. L'employée au restaurant, qui gère le déjeuner, absence de sourire, visage ferme, on semble la déranger d'être là. 3. Dans la chambre, il n'y a pas un shampooing, Gel douche oui , mais pas un shampoing. J'ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel. 4. Dans la chambre, pas de machine à café ou un bouilloire. 5. Pas de stationnement et difficile de trouver une place dans la zone.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr zentrale Lage und eine moderne, stilvolle Einrichtung. Die Zimmer wirken ansprechend und hochwertig, jedoch zeigen sich bei genauerem Hinsehen einige deutliche Schwächen, die aus meiner Sicht nicht zur angegebenen Hotelkategorie passen. Das Frühstück fällt für diese Sterneklasse eher spartanisch aus. Die Qualität der Brötchen ist gut, allerdings ist die Auswahl insgesamt sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt nahezu ausschließlich Brötchen und kaum Brotvarianten oder zusätzliche Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Für den verlangten Preis hätte ich hier mehr Vielfalt erwartet. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer weist Verbesserungsbedarf auf. Es fehlt sowohl ein geeigneter Platz, um den Koffer abzulegen, als auch ein kleiner Schreibtisch, der es ermöglichen würde, unterwegs komfortabel zu arbeiten. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Kritikpunkt ist die Bettsituation. Obwohl ein Doppelzimmer gebucht wurde, bestehen die Betten lediglich aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelmatratzen statt einer durchgehenden Matratze wie bei einem klassischen Kingsize-Bett. Zusätzlich ist die Matratze sehr weich, was aus meiner Sicht zu keinem erholsamen Schlafkomfort führt. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel zwar eine schöne Optik und eine hervorragende Lage, bleibt jedoch in mehreren praktischen und komfortrelevanten Bereichen hinter den Erwartungen zurück.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very clean room. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the railway station and next to a popular shopping mall. Many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel feels secure since only people with hotel cards can access the floors where the rooms are located. The only downsides for me personally were that the room was very small, that the shower was situated right next to the bed, and that the room had no table nor water kettle.

Mon séjour s’est globalement bien déroulé, mais j’ai trouvé dommage d’avoir une chambre avec un lit double qui était en réalité constitué de deux lits simples collés l’un à l’autre — pour un couple, c’est vraiment inconfortable. Le service était correct, même si le petit déjeuner manquait de variété et de saveur. En revanche, gros point positif : l’emplacement, ainsi que le personnel toujours souriant, vraiment agréable. Côté stationnement, c’est un vrai problème : la réduction avec le Q10 n’est valable que si vous laissez la voiture toute la journée sans la sortir, sinon aucune remise n’est appliquée.

Über das Zimmer und das Hotel allgemein habe ich nichts zu meckern. Ich habe einen Stern abgezogen, da ich das Frühstück ansprechend fand. Ich habe die Frische und mehr Auswahl erwartet. Rs gab nur leider nur Butter, die offen da lag. Frisches Obst bestand nur aus Äpfeln. Es gab Gurkenscheiben. Es gab noch Kohlrabi und Möhren gestiftelt, die schon sehr ausgetrocknet waren, obwohl das Frühstück gerade erst begann. Preis-Leistung vom Frühstück nicht gut. Ein Manko ist auch, dass man das Frühstück nicht abwählen kann.

Ganz neues, preiswertes Hotel in der Stadtmitte

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer nicht besonders groß, aber zweckmäßig. Für Alleinreisende wird ein Zweibettzimmer zum günstigen Preis angeboten. Dusche und Waschbecken im Raum, WC separat. Alles prima in Schuss und sehr sauber. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt am Rand der Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliches Personal an Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Das Büffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt im Restaurant ein paar kleine Gerichte, habe ich aber nicht probiert. Bei der Rezeption gibt es eine gute Auswahl an gekühlten oder heißen Getränken.
