「Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. 「Das Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen beschrieben und bepreist und muss sich daran messen- hier erfüllt man nicht die Erwartungen. Auf der Habenseite: das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, in sehr gepflegter Anlage und weitab des Trubels. Leider sind kulinarischen Möglichkeiten vor Ort vorallem 5 Sterne bepreist- aber die Leistung stimmt nicht. 「The landscape is beautiful, breakfast really good and staff provided a warm service, they even prepared your room every night perfectly for sleeping. It was a shame that there was a private event happening and therefore I couldn’t take yoga classes in the glass house which was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. 」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
