「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

Excellent communication for self check-in, immaculately clean room and many thoughtful touches - the citrus juicer allowed us to make our own orange juice, the double rain shower head was luxurious and the bathrobes and slippers were cozy. We felt pampered. The location is ideal for taking in the sights and shopping - Forn de Barri was our preferred bakery. We would stay there again and highly recommend to others.」

「We stayed at Valledemossa Hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. This is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every detail was appreciated, and with only 12 rooms on site, the staff is extremely attentive to every customer. The check-in process was lovely, with a welcome drink and nice tour of the property. 「This hotel was located in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. The room was gorgeous and very well kept. The location was walks by distance to Sóller and right next to a delicious wine bar and restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!! Parking is a little hard to find since it’s a smaller town and also had to walk up some steps (very minimal) to get up here depending on where you park/road you take but something to keep in mind!」

「Verzorgd ontbijt, behulpzaam personeel, kamer en andere plaatsen tip top. Ik kom zeker terug! Tip: Beter met bus, trein of taxi naar hier komen. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het stationnetje en heeft geen eigen parking. Onmogelijk om dichtbij te parkeren. Gelukkig heeft Chelsea, receptionist, mij kunnen helpen.」

「De locatie was zeer goed. Terras zeer uitnodigend. Mooi gerenoveerd hotel Receptie personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Als 4 sterren accommodatie iets meer verwacht van de voorzieningen. Weinig ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt zelf je sinaasappel sap met een hand perser moeten persen, daar zijn m.i modernere vormen voor waar ze de gast mee van dienst kunnen zijn.」
