"Pros: Newly remodeled. Cons: No luggage rack or drawers. Hotel being remodeled. Banging and jackhammering during daytime. Only one elevator in operation. Second elevator being replaced with a new one."

"Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal and drinks. We would use and recommend again. "

"Check in process didn't work on my phone had to do it on a laptop .no reception on site you have to whats app .so I had go to a pub next door to check in as I couldn't get in the property without checking in.property is fine,clean nothing special."

"Great location for Shepherd’s Bush empire. However aircon did not work, blew hot air. Had to sleep with the window open which made it very noisy. "

"Upon my second stay there, my bed springs were very bad. People were pretty friendly. They charge for just regular black coffee which is very expensive for not being a special coffee. Bad for Uber pickup. They only accommodate taxi cabs"
