「Staff approached us immediately when seeing us entering the hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and room was offered approx 30 mins after check in. We have joined a day tour which require a print out of attraction tickets and staff has assisted us on that. Extended check out was allowed upon request with no problem. Very pleasant experience.」

「The hotel apartment was excellent, 12-15 mins walk to metro station, 10 mins walk to 24 hrs supermarket. All the room have sitting room and mini kitchen. All the receiption staffs are friendly and william ng to help!」

Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude.
