「Wonderful staff! Mattresses super comfortable 」

「We had to make a last minute reservation due to a family member being in the hospital. This was one of the few available rooms in town. There were 2 small bugs crawling on the wall above the bed. We were told that the rooms are cleaned only if you stay 3 nights, so we took out our own trash. Small breakfast area, only 4 tables. This was not worth over $200 a night. 」

「Everything worked well, was super clean, comfortable, and fresh. The parking lot is large and doesn't have any tight, shady, or badly paved spots. Also, it's located close to shopping & dining but not slammed up next to any of it.」

「The room was spotless and the staff very courteous and helpful. Located in the center of town, this was the place to be to enjoy all that Madison has offer, all in walking distance. We definitely will return to stay at the Madison Inn.」

「The front reception and staff was phenomenal and the staff was ver accommodating, professional, and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the room had several insects and the bathtub had a ring around it or as they would say it lost the finish that would allow the dirt not to stick to the tub. We ended up leaving and went to a new hotel. I didnt ask for a refund i just know better next time.」

「The front end staff was very kind; the room was poorly cleaned it was musty and smelled the shower area had hair on the stall wall and no shampoo in the despiser *also large amount of blood in the parking lot area plus a guy sleeping in his car! 」
