「The “hotel” is really a series of separate buildings spread out across a large site. There is no central location to meet for drinks/ coffee. The only restaurant is at the top of a hill (accessed by steep stairways/roads ). There appeared to be some golf buggies but it was not clear how these could be accessed. The restaurant was large and cafeteria-like, lacking in atmosphere. There was a restricted menu; no room service available (you have to collect your meal) and I was told at 4.15 that...

「 Room was clean but cramped and one wall was was unpainted plywood (just unfinished not a style choice!) Breakfast supplies in room. Fridge, kettle,toaster but nowhere to sit to eat Shower barely worked Hairdryer blew but no heat Looks very neglected from outside. Dead plants in window boxes Was in a good location and had off street parking but glad we were only staying one night. Would not return or recommend to anyone. 」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again.」
