「Pictures on listing do not match the property at all. The location is an apartment building and the room you are given is a bedroom in the apartment and you share the apartment with others. We were given a bedroom within the host family/owners apartment and had to share it with them. This apartment was also the reception and lobby area. 「It was a very clean space, but pillows were terrible and after 12 am, a lot of bloods from neighbors, quite suprising for Swiss standards. And there was no inf to connect to the WiFi. I couldn’t use it」

「The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important 」
