「Staff at front desk was so sweet. Clean hotel, beautiful spacious lobby area. Room was more beautiful than expected. Loved pool and extra hot salt water jacuzzi was my favorite!!! Also the 12pm checkout is an added plus 」

「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」

「I checked in on Tuesday By Thursday the room wasn’t cleaned i asked to have it cleaned they didn’t clean it till Saturday Checked out on Monday I was there almost a week and the room was only cleaned one time i practically begged to have it cleaned on two occasions I shouldn’t have to asked to have the room cleaned I don’t expect to have it cleaned every day but should have cleaned every other day for that I will not be returning next year I found a Home 2 Home close by for next year BTW...
