Omni Providence Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This is our new stay to place while in Providence - easy access from and to all the major Hwys, connected to a shopping mall, and staff are very friendly, and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants downtown - this year we upgraded to a studio suite and we enjoyed it so much - spacious, clean, and so very quiet - the family enjoyed the stay"
"The staff here was so so kind and great energy! One of the best staff I ever met at a hotel. The hotel itself is a little old and has to update its door handles bathroom and stuff but it was still super clean and nice. "
"This was a very nice place to stay for a couple of days. The lobby area was very nice and there were a number of places to sit and visit with friends. The room was very clean and comfortable. "
"The Hotel is right off of I-95 and very convenient to the highway. The hotel felt safe and there is a restaurant or two that we didn't try but that looked ok. There is a gas station across the street for gas (not a conveinance store). We had to get some medicine and water and went to a cvs that was closed due to lack of staff and although only a mile or less away, the neighborhood felt very sketchy. We went the other way from the hotel to a walgreens and that neighborhood also was very sketchy. We literally saw two young men go into the Walgreens and then come running out and the manager chasing them out because they were shoplifting. As long as you stay right at the hotel, I think you are fine and the staff at the hotel was great and the hotel was very nice and new . Just don't venture very far from the hotel."
