Es war alles wunderbar und das einchecken sowie auschecken hat tiptop geklappt. Was uns etwas störte, war, dass man als Hotelgast nicht einen Tisch im Hotelrestaurant auf sicher hat. Das fanden wir sehr undankbar und umständlich mit Kindern. Jetzt wissen wir, dass man unbedingt (!) einen Tisch vorreservieren sollte! Was wir aber tatsächlich bemängeln und schade finden. Nebst diesem Punkt, ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen und würde eigentlich super klappen.

Hotel sympa à la décoration charmante. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées mais bémol sur l'absence de frigo et la literie d'une dureté à toute épreuve ... Excellent petit déjeuner et bon service mais il est parfois pesant de devoir montrer à tout bout de champs que l'on est de l'hôtel (bracelet de couleur, carte magnétique, numéro de chambres, etc.) pour accéder aux services de restaurations et aux aires de piscine.

Hotel war schön, allerdings waren wir entsetzt über die Menschenmassen!! Abgesehen davon,dass wir uns immer noch in einer Pandemie befinden,schien die maximale Kapazität def. überschritten!! Wenn man an fast jeder Attraktion mind. 45 min bis zT 90+ anstehen u selbst für Essen ca. 30 min Anstehzeit einplanen muss,kann das nicht mit einer adäquaten Auslastung erklärt werden… Das war mehr als enttäuschend!!! Da kann man in einem Vergnügungspark nicht mehr von Vergnügen sprechen!!!!!!😔

Vi kommer gentagende gange på hotel Disney. Dette hotel er super. Go beliggenhed lækker pool vores værelse 291 havde udsigt til karrusel og pool hvilket larmer men samtidig har man aftensol og parken lukker kl18 og poolen kl 21

המלון ממוקם נהדר ליד פארק אירופה. האווירה במתחם המלונות מאוד נעימה וייחודית, כמו באגדות. ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה במסעדה מעיצבת כמו כל המלון בסגנון של טירת אבירים אגדית מימי הביניים. החדר קטן מאוד עבור המדפחה וצפוף, אם זאת נחמד מאוד.

Schöner Abend im Europapark

Wie waren eine Nacht im Castillo Alcazar im Europark, um nicht am anderen Tag anreisen zu müssen. Beim Einchecken sind einige grobe Fehler passiert, (Namensverwechslung, falscher Zimmerschlüssel, war schon jeamand drin) aber sonst war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, originell im historischen Spanischen Stil. Das Essen im Restaurant war erstaunlich gut und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Der Service war gut trotz den vielen Gästen in Hotel und Restaurant.

Meine Reservation war für 3 Zimmer, wobei eines davon ursprünglich für mich alleine geplant war. Der Check-In am Morgen war super und ich konnte meine Partnerin anmelden. Beim Abholen des Schlüssels gab es Probleme mit einem AZUBI, der uns für eine komische Abklärung geschlagene 15 Min warten liess.. Danach musste ich € 96 nach zahlen?!?!

Idéal pour nuit à europapark

Étape pour europapark. Chambre familiale très jolie ,bonne literie ,petit déjeuner en buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Parking à proximité. Check in et out efficace . Rien a reprocher un réfrigérateur et une bouteille d'eau fraîche seraient bien venus.

Ein Erlebniss aber zu teuer

Für 212€ die Nacht für ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett bezahle ich den selben Preis als für ein grosses Zimmer mit 2 Zustellbetten wenn mann Kinder mitnimmt, das finde ich einfach übertrieben teuer. Im Restaurant hat mann die Beilagen auf dem Teller und muss auf das Fleisch und den Wein warten. Service zu langsam auch bei 2 mal beschweren.
