Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war Sauber. Gratis Bus in den Europapark. Die Bettmatratze war zu hart, dürfte gerne weicher sein Frühstückbuffet war der Hammer!

Unser Zimmer 810(X). Zimmer direkt zur Hotellobby im ersten Stock. Aktuell 23:20Uhr. Live-Musik. Die Lautstärke im Zimmer ist unerträglich. Kind wird auch ständig wach. Das Hotel ist das allerletzte. Abendessen im Buffet-Restaurant Geschmack unterirdisch. Das Beste allerdings: Auf den Tischen stehen Werbeaufsteller für Cocktails und Mocktails. Zahl zwei trink drei. Alles klar, somit also übers Abendessen besagte drei Mocktails bestellt. Ende von Lied: Kellner sagt, als die Rechnung kommt, dass das nur gilt, wenn man drei auf einmal bestellt und nicht hintereinander. Hä? Das sind definitiv keine 4-Sterne-Superior!
