「Their service is great an warm. The receptionists gave us wise advices during snowstorm while showing care of us. The location is so convenience which allows us to drive there safely. We will definietly stay in this hotel in our next visit」

「Lady who checked us in was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though she was really busy. Restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a long gap between our starter and getting our main meal which was the only downside. We had to ask for the child’s meal to be brought as it was getting quite late. 「Great place.... overnight single week day stop over due to train cancellation.... Good service....rooms good all be it random numbering and quite a walk from the hotel reception.... Tried the Restaurant.... very reasonable... seemed quiet on a week night although told or was busy... Recommend the pool.. never tried the spa.... will be back if ever stuck in Crewe again... Room was serviced by a lovely girl..... Kate T.... Everything was as it should be... 」
