「No staff at all. Room wasn’t cleaned at all, nothing was provided.」

「The room and the kitchen were clean, bathroom was also nice」

「There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

「A lot of ants in the room」

「Nice」

「The room was very dirty and we have to call the guest , they didn’t respond. We found cleaner staff and had to requested to clean the room. The room was not prepared at all.」

「Fully equipped apartment. Great choice in Zurich.」
