「The property is well maintained.And the staff !! I can't rave enough about them!!!」

「The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The...

「Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean.」

「Nice well maintain place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but it looked okay. What I didn't like was using the same towels and wash cloths for 2 days. I don't do that at home. The body soap in the shower was not good(didn't suds up) and would have liked liquid hand soap at sink. Overall a good stay and would stay again.」

「Wi-Fi worked -that is the best I can give. selected this hotel due to location to the medical center but rude staff and the room had a terrible odor. and the faucet from the bathroom almost came off. But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything.」

「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「Our time was amazing. We ended up extending one night. Pool was great - kids had an amazing time. Breakfast had options for everyone, it was plentiful and filling. Housekeeping was very sweet and accommodating. We arrived at night since we had a 11 hour drive in - receptionist was welcoming and had the biggest smile on her face every-time we saw her. Our accommodations - 2 Adults 3 Kids. Many outlets and everyone had their own space. Location - perfect. Literally in the best spot. Many food...
