I can't imagine how this place gets the ratings they have. The staff was friendly and responded to requests but in 6 days we never had anyone clean, bring towels, provide toilet paper, etc. This is an aging property that may once have been like a small inland resort, but now it's a grungy motel. ...

Require hotel franchisee to put in security cameras and better lighting around the entire perimeter of the hotel.....not just the front. Parking in front of the hotel is limited.
