This spectaclar pedestrian bridge is suspended 1250 feet above the Arkansas River. Ride the tram across and take the zipline back -- it was my first time ziplining! Finally, a zipline worth your time! We also did the swing, and I have video of me screaming on facebook to prove it's nuuuuts! #adventure #scenic #Colorado
The Royal Gorge Bridge is the highest suspension bridge in America and the second highest in the world. Standing nearly 1,000 feet from the bottom of the gorge, it offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. The wildfires of 2014 destroyed most of the surrounding structures but the bridge survived with only minor damage. Their grand reopening will be in the spring of 2015.

The room was very nice. The hot tub was broken which is why we chose them. Very disappointed. The family above us had kids jumping off the beds and sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The staff was very nice and the room was clean.
