"The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. The property is on the river but does not offer any river views."

"A really lovely hotel for our family of four. Our children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, table football and games available. The slide in reception was a nice addition. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Chambre d'hôtes La Tillaie and would not hesitate to recommend it. The property has been beautifully renovated, combining character and charm with every modern comfort. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious and beautifully appointed, with a large, very comfortable bed. We were fortunate to have a lovely room overlooking the garden, together with a small adjoining room for our daughter, which worked perfectly for our family. From the moment we arrived, we received a genuinely warm welcome from Olivier, who could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, served in the beautiful garden with a delicious selection of fresh produce. We also enjoyed an evening meal at the property, which was excellent and showcased the same attention to quality and hospitality. Everything about our stay reflected the care and pride that Olivier has invested in La Tillaie. It is a beautiful place to relax, with exceptional hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future."
