「We loved the pool and the staff. So friendly and helpful and great with our kids! Our AC went out and had to switch rooms after kids bedtime and staff was efficient and quick to resolve the issue even upgrading our room. The only negatives would be issues with our WiFi & both tvs that never resolved.」

「We arrived before the 3 o’clock check-in and had no problem going ahead and checking into our room. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good. I really can’t think of anything negative other than the elevator made a funky noise a couple of times nice place will stay there again」

「Booked this as it was the only hotel within a 30 mile radius with a vacant room. I was placing in a smoking room first and had to ask to be moved to a non smoking room. I was reluctantly moved and treated poorly. The next room was extremely dirty.」

The lobby was decently clean when we went down the hallway to head to our room, We noticed bugs on the floor and a moldy smell. when we enter into our room there are bugs all over the floor, blankets are dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work, brown-sticky stuff all the way down the wall and on the floor, shower was dirty, and the fire alarm beeping because the battery is dead.
