Stayed here not knowing a thing other than it being super close to the softball field at ETA&M. It was exactly what we needed! Super comfortable beds, air worked great, rooms very clean, breakfast was amazing (Belgium waffles for the win), and the staff was kind, helpful and extremely courteous. Close to anything and everything you could ask for! If traveling for any sporting event you won’t be let down!

Our check in along with other guests was horrible! I pre booked & paid & they had incorrect pay information on our booking & I was forced to pay again! Absolutely a cluster! I would never recommend them. I also need to be reimbursed for what I paid on the original booking with you. I have my original booking receipt & I have the receipt for paying a 2nd time. Check in took 45 minutes & we had a wedding to attend! Other guests had been waiting over an hour to get checked in as well. Please refund my original booking amount.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and staff was courteous. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the smell of the lobby. It was kind of musty, maybe from having an indoor pool??? But the kids enjoyed the pool and the property was clean.

Simply poorly taken care of. What could have been a routine clean room was not really that clean. Old paint splattered onto furniture, curtains, and the floor. Since it was a bit dirty in appearance, I checked for bed bugs. As I’m glad to report not finding any, I did find the smoke alarm under the mattress. It was beeping as if the battery was low, but the battery was still in it. There was a smoke alarm in the ceiling, and I assume the staff saw it wasn’t there and installed another one, but obviously didn’t find the one that had been removed. This was my second time staying here, and will be my last. The previous time was about 2 years ago and wasn’t much better. While it is the only hotel to stay at in Commerce, it is worth the travel to Greenville or Sulphur Springs to have better accommodations. And, it’s unfortunate since it just needs a little TLC. Or a lot of it.

Staff was great, housekeeping/cleanliness was very good. The condition of the property could be better. The shower control in our room was broken and the shower flow restrictor cut the flow so much it was like trying to shower with the sprayer from a kitchen sink.
