「The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. 」

「Very nice property and setting. Nice room amenities and bed. If your room is close to the kitchen it is very noisy. The breakfast needs improvement. Same or slightly lower quality than Holiday Inn breakfast.」

The shower was the best rainfall shower I have ever had and we even had a claw foot bathtub! The only drawback to our room was proximity to the main entrance door of the building which could hear opening and closing.
