"Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Water in the entire city had been contaminated with E. coli and was unable to be used for bathing. Breakfast was not served due to this. Health department had shut down the breakfast. It is not the hotel’s fault but they had ample time to tell us of the situation prior to our arrival so we could have changed our reservation to another hotel outside the city limits where the water contamination was not a factor so we could have showered and had a hot breakfast. Though they did offer us a snack breakfast the next morning ,they offered no other compensation for the fact that we were unable to shower and missed the hot breakfast. I feel that they could have offered us some kind of monetary compensation for missing out on these two MAJOR reasons to stay in a hotel"

"When we checked in there was only one staff member runinning everything. We asked for a manger but there was not one available. We were visiting for a funeral and booked this hotel so our kids could use the indoor pool. We were very disappointed to find out the pool was closed until June when we arrived.There were ants in our bathroom. The hall way is very noisy. We slept with a white noise machine and could still hear everytime a door in the hallway was opened. We have yet to have a good experience at a Wyndam hotel and will be avoiding those after this trip."

"Parking was inconvenient for the rooms in the inner courtyard. Only 5 spaces. One was handicapped. One for veterans which only left 3 for entire row of rooms in inner courtyard."

"Unless you are a tired & lonely trucker looking for companionship in a dirty room.. This is the place to be with the strong aroma of marijuana and your selection of LOT LIZZARDS. I booked the room on Expedia. My wife found the room totally unsatisfactory. We left after 5 minutes returned 🔑 &Expedia tells me NO REFUNDS PLS BEWARE so you don’t become the next victim of the bait & switch ads. Ina brighter note Expedia gave me a $50 credit for an opportunity to scam me AGAIN. They said they couldn’t refund the money because they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. Oddly they asked me to give them 72 hours yet they contacted me in less than 24 hours to tell me I get no refund. Make sure you drive a terrain vehicle to this place so you can park in your choice of pothole. Other than that it was a grand experience. I’m still in disbelief Expedia has customers pay for services they didn’t receive. Talk about low overhead This hotel is a DUMP.. NO OFFENSE TO THE TIRED LONELY TRUCKERS.. I was just describing the setting 🙃😫🙁"

"The hotel was located in a convenient location, however that’s where the positives end. The room itself had terrible workmanship, the quality of the finishes were cheap and were cracking/breaking especially the tiles and finishes in the bathroom. There was mold around the edges of the shower base and the floor of the bathroom was dirty. We were not provided with enough towels and when we called reception we were told curtly that we had to come get them ourselves as there was only one employee in the building. That in itself wasn’t a big deal however once we got the towels and went to use them we saw they were stained and unusable. There was also stains on one the covers on the bed. The mugs in the kitchenette were cracking and dusty, and the kitchen drawers themselves were not clean. We would never return to this hotel. "
