「The staff member at check in was friendly. Contact with the hotel prior to arrival was fast and easy. The hotel was clean, and the lift was convenient. The family room was very large and clean. The water bottles, tea and coffee were welcome, as were the supplies in the bathroom. The only reasons I didnt gove it a 5 were that the walls were quite thin, and you could hear noise from the street and hotel. Something small was the TV wouldnt pick up free to air channels. We would stay here again if...

「We were a family of 4 staying over for one night during our road trip from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There weren’t many places to have dinner but just for one night, it was adequate. Parking was very convenient as it was directly outside our room. The new General Manager Nigel was very helpful and friendly. Nice green grassland on one side of the room. Good experience overall. 」
