Lovely stay at this gorgeous renovated hotel in the heart of the city. The excellent cafe downstairs and the lovely, welcoming staff made it a great stay.
A reaaly good small hotel in Wagga. The room is very well equipped and comfortable. And there is a great coffee shop in the recption foyer. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff and nicely renovated facilities. Also close to the main street with plenty of food and shopping options. A great place to stop midway between Sydney and Melbourne.
St Hugh’s Hotel was the perfect accommodation, the room was clean and had everything you needed. There was plenty of parking, and Tom made checking in and out easy! I will be staying here again.
Tom was one of the best hosts we have ever met. He is a credit to the business and needs to be recognised for his attention to customer service. Tom went above and beyond to find a lost sentimental earing just before checkout. He is a credit to the business.
The room, and appears the property is all new/recently renovated. So, everything from the carpark, to furnishings, to towels were fresh, clean, and spotless.
I had a late arrival and early departure, so didn't see much of the property or area, but did receive a call and information from management for a simple late check-in.
The bed was a little soft for me, but that of course is a very minor criticism that many would appreciate, but I'd still happily stay again.
St Hugh is a lovely boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable.
I would prefer to be able to have a reasonable coffee without having to stop again on the way out of town.
Positives were walking distance to town, very comfortable (soft) bed, big TV, 2-person bath, quiet, very clean
Negatives were plastic covered mattress protector, TV on Netflix stopped working - needed to plug in the laptop, matter of preference - very corporate grey, no coffee plunger, overpriced if paying advertised rate

Whike the property is nice, sone of the facilities like the fridge in the room and car parking are both inadequate. I also have a charge levied to my credit card incorrectly and dedpite contacting the manager today, i am still to get a response on when the charge and associated card fees will be reversed. Not happy with this service.
