「Toll」

「La struttura ha un corpo principale ed una parte a sé stante, oltre ad una casetta singola situata nel giardino ha una pergola riservata. Parcheggio ampio sia coperto che scoperto. Piscina attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni a poca distanza c'è il ristorante, sempre facente parte della struttura. Colazione variegata, tutto molto buono e fresco. Due sono le situazioni che non mi sono proprio piaciute (anche se per questa eravamo stati avvisati), il giorno dell'arrivo l'uso della piscina era...

「Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer Bedienteil von der Klimaanlage in zwei Teile. Beim festmontierten Föhn fehlte der Schlauch, da unbrauchbar und wir mussten mit nassen Haaren ins Bett gehen. Duschtüren fehlten. Bad stand komplett unter Wasser. Bad Entlüftung ohne Funktion. Durch späte Ankunft im Hotel keine Reklamation mehr möglich.」

「Beautiful place. Nice modern clean rooms with a great shower. Located within walking distance of a supermarket, Cafe, and pizzeria. Only had breakfast once at the hotel but it had a lot of options and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a transportation issue and they help us resolved it. I do recommend you have a car/rental when staying here. 10/10 would book again.」

「Camera bella e pulita, ma notte insonne per l'aria condizionata rotta. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. Nota positiva: esteticamente la camera era davvero bella, moderna e molto pulita. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva è stata pessima a causa dell'aria condizionata non funzionante. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che il guasto risaliva già a lunedì. Trovo inaccettabile che un dettaglio così importante non venga comunicato in anticipo ai clienti. Essendo...

「L’auberge était super, il y a un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Les lits étaient confortables, j’y ai très bien dormis. L’emplacement est bien situé, à 5min à pied de la gare donc très facile d’accès. Et la vue des montagnes tout autour est splendide. 」

「Hervorragendes Frühstück mit handmade Butter, Konfitüren, Brot, Keksen und Kuchen. Die Produkte waren alle regional und Bio. Pietro, der Bartender, ist sehr höflich, gleichzeit sympatisch und Gin-Experte. Die Küche nutzt nur Zutaten aus der Region. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber extrem schön und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind freundlich, bis auf die Chefin/Managerin die eher unsympathisch und hochnäsig wirkt. 」
