The staff here are really wonderful and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help including finding me a parking space when I returned late from a football match, and even commiserating me for the team’s loss! Really personal feel. Recommended.

They proudly put 4stars on the top of their hotel building but it is definitely not even 1star. Smells very nasty. All the floors smell like a heavy cigaret and weed smoke. Nasty and outdated.

Solid experience.

Staff was very pleasant and at the desk 24/7. Hard wood floors, more beautiful than I expected. Very quiet place and peaceful. Good price.

I paid alot of money per night for the most dirty room ive ever stayed in.. the bathroom had so much mould im looking forward to go home to wash.. the heating did not work so i was freezing at night with only a blanket. The double bed was just 2 single beds put together.. and everytime i opened the electric shutters the lights flickerd. This was there premiere room so i dont no what there standard rooms would be like. BUT.. i did read the reviews before and i was warned so i suppose this my fault.. what did i expect.

Business trip to Pordenone

Great location with excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Service was very good with friendly staff. Parking is limited but street parking is available for a small charge. Room was basic but ok, disappointed that the toiletries were not replenished.

Prenotazione assente e camera sporca.

All'arrivo in hotel in data 06.07.2018, nonostante una mail di expedia ribadisse la conferma della prenotazione, alla reception ci viene comunicato che non esisteva nessuna prenotazione in merito. Nonostante ciò viene comunque assegnata una camera che non vedeva un addetto alle pulizie da tempo o , a voler essere buoni, che era stata pulita in modo approssimato ed insufficiente. Prima colazione scarsa per disponibilità e varietà. In pratica un 4 stelle solo sulla carta.

Hotel centrale, poco distante dalla stazione di Pordenone. Nonostante la cortesia dello staff, l'hotel purtroppo si presenta in condizioni non adeguate per lo standard di categoria. Va bene per brevi soggiorni di lavoro. Colazione migliorabile senza eccessivi investimenti, ma con un po' di cura nella scelta dei prodotti.

Central location

Nice hotel with central location near piazza. Info says indoor and outdoor pool but neither at this hotel!!! Small gym. Free parking. Small balcony at the suite. Clean room and good service. Ask the personel for nice locations to visit. Recommend Bessich winery and Lake Barcis.
