「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Beautifully decorated throughout. Staff across the whole hotel incredibly friendly and helpful, which ensures the delivery of a fantastic overall guest experience. Less than 1 minute to the beach and 20 minute walk to old town. Would highly recommend for anyone on a city break to Cannes」

「The property doesn’t look like the pictures, especially the outside. There are stairs into the hotel which is a side entrance so you have to lug your suitcase up and down. Feels very out dated and on the other side of the bridge. For less you can be in the city centre and have the same quality hotel. Rooms are big but not sure if it’s worth it for the extra charge per night. 」
