「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「We had a very enjoyable five days here with comfortable rooms. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and warm. Especially on the first day of arrival, we encountered some car rental issues. Even though it was quite late, the front desk staff remained very patient, helping me resolve the problem and contacting the car rental company. I am truly grateful for their assistance.」
