"When checking in, the first person i spoke with was brusque, and told me that the person who would check me in was at the other end of the bar, and not the person who I was talking to, who happened to be the owner/ manager of 11years. Just generally unfriendly, which I didn't need after a long car journey. "

"Great location in the centre of Bath close to shops and restaurants. Newly refurbished with great facilities such as fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Though, issues with entrance and door locks. Room door very fiddly and got locked in a few times. All doors difficult to operate. For this reason, we wouldn’t stay at this property again."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Check-in was nice and easy with clear communication from the owners. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location wise you couldn’t ask for better, just 5 mins walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We would certainly stay there again if we come to Bath again."

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "Good value at the price we paid for two nights. It is hard to fault any aspect of our stay but why would you want to. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the station and all the main attractions. Our room was quiet with the largest twin beds I've yet come across which were also very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and hot water plentiful. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection for all tastes and of good quality. The only area that could do better were the carpets in the corridor which could do with a good clean. The plus side was that there was no noise from luggage being wheeled along and soft close doors meant there were no banging doors. All in all a very comfortable stay."
