「The fire alarm in my room started beeping incessantly at 2 AM on the first day. I went to the front desk to find someone. They came 30minutes later and said they couldn't fix it. It wasn't fixed by 7:30 PM, so we ended up being moved to another room.」

「Very close to Great America. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious. Walls were thin and couldn’t sleep the second night because of people running around above our room until midnight. The elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage down stairs.」

「Man at front desk was odd and did nothing but complain about his job during the process. Room was decently clean, however for this being an extended store there was no cutlery, cups, or pots and pans. Also no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby(even though there was a sign saying it was available) On check out day and worker knocked on our door at 9am saying he had to come in for his inspection.
