"The entire property was beautiful and elegant -- from the lobby to the dining to the guest room. The staff was very attentive and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely appointed with nice toiletries, bottled water, thick towels, and comfortable bedding. My only ask would be to include a robe. "

"The best hotel in Winchester! Had the most pleasant stay, everything was perfect. The room was super clean, as well as the other areas of the hotel. Had a delicious breakfast with lots of options. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again!"

"The room was pretty clean. I was very happy that we had a whirlpool tub. The room was very hot even though our thermostat was at 68. Our friends said the same thing about theirs. Also, the lobby area was very hot. It was great having a bar on site although it’s very smoky but the people and staff are very friendly would definitely stay here again."
