「Friendly staff. Suite was big and nice and clean. Well located in Crema with train station and city centre within 10 minute walk. Continental breakfast selection which was tasty. Bicycle paths everywhere in Crema including straight from the hotel. Bed was large, comforable with a selection of pillows and cushions. Lots of cupboard space for clothing. Really liked my stay here. Recommended A++」

Só deixo uma sugestão: disponibilizem algum contato de WhatsApp oara contato, pois meu celular não fazia ligações internacionais, e tive dificuldade de contato para avisar da chegada. 「Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. 」

「La struttura non é nuovissima vista dall'esterno ma gli interni sono molto puliti e luminosi a partire dalla Hall. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma comunque pulite e confortevoli. La climatizzazione é singola e selezionabile a proprio piacimento. La colazione a buffet, servita dal personale per le problematiche legate al Covid, é discretamente varia anche se qualcosa in più sarebbe stata gradita. Il persona é molto cordiale e disponibile.
